The International Presenters are giving you a large variety of fitness classes in all forms of Groupexercise like Aerobics, Step, Dance, Zumba Fitness, Crossfitness, Core stability, Functional fitness, Circuit Training, HIT and Tabata intervals, Gym sessions, Weight lifting, Yoga, Pilates, Aqua fitness, Active Seniors, Running and Athletic sessions, BootCamp, Nordic walking and much more! The International Fitness & FunWeeks Playitas is organized by AerobicWeekends Sweden in corporation with Playitas Resort and Apollo.
We also offer daily educational seminars and workshops with subjects like Excersice & Recreation, Nutrition, Strength training, Body & Mind, Functional Training, Cardio Training, Flexibility, Weight control, Motivation and more.
During some of the weeks we also offer Instructors Training you are or would like to become an Certified instructor? All classes are held in English and seminars and workshops will be taught in English, Swedish and German.
